1. Our commitment

Anyone under 18 is prohibited from creating an account or using MotionLove. We do not knowingly allow minors on the service.

3. How we prevent CSAE
- Accounts are intended for adults only; underage use is a ban offence
- Members can mute, limit, block, and report other members from profiles, posts, chat, and related surfaces
- Reports (including “Underage”) are reviewed by our moderation team
- Accounts and content that violate these standards are removed
- Repeat or severe violations result in permanent bans
4. How to report child safety concerns
In the app
- Open the member’s profile, post, or chat
- Open the safety menu
- Choose Report

By email
Write to vipmotionlove@gmail.com with “Child safety” in the subject. Include profile links, usernames, screenshots, and any other detail that helps us act quickly.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. You can also report CSAM to national hotlines such as NCMEC CyberTipline (United States) or your country’s equivalent.
5. How we respond to CSAM and CSAE
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other child-safety violations, we:
- Remove the content as quickly as reasonably possible
- Restrict or permanently ban the responsible account(s)
- Preserve relevant records as required for investigations and legal compliance
- Report to regional and national authorities / child-protection organisations as required by applicable law (including, where applicable, NCMEC)
- Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities
6. Legal compliance
MotionLove complies with applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate. We report CSAM and related offences to the appropriate authorities when required, and we maintain internal practices so reports can be reviewed and escalated without delay.
